What we collect, why, who sees it, and the rights you have.

  1. 1. What we collect

    Your account: first and last name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). What you tell us about your plans: the treatment you are exploring, preferred destinations, travel dates, who travels with you and any special needs. Your messages and bookings.

    Health information and medical documents only when you choose to share them, and only with your explicit consent.

  2. 2. Health data and consent

    Health data is a special category of personal data under the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK. Before you upload any document we ask for your explicit consent, you choose which providers may see it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

  3. 3. Why we use it

    To run your account, to show you providers that fit your plans, to pass your requests and payments to the providers you choose, to keep Zenavie safe, and — only if you agree — to send you news.

  4. 4. Who we share it with

    Only with the providers you choose to contact or book, and with the companies that help us run Zenavie (hosting, email and payments), under contract and for that purpose only. We never sell your data.

    Providers may be in another country than you. When your data goes abroad, we use the safeguards the law requires.

  5. 5. How long we keep it

    For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, for invoices).

  6. 6. Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority — for example the ICO in the UK, your EU country’s authority, or the KVKK Board in Türkiye.

  7. 7. Cookies

    Necessary cookies keep you logged in and remember your language. Any other cookie is used only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

  8. 8. Changes and contact

    We may update this policy; the date at the top shows which version you are reading. Questions about your data: use Contact at the bottom of every page.
